Michel Petrucciani rests alongside the master

I had this post in my upload queue. It seems kind of appropriate to publish it now in the light of events here yesterday.

Music will win.

........................................................

I was rather fond of the post about jazz pianist Michel Petrucciani which I uploaded some months back. But as happens with some of the posts I particularly like it didn't produce any immediate response.

So I was moved to see this comment posted a couple of weeks back............

From Rob

I was delighted to discover, on a visit to Pierre Lachaise cemetery, that Petrucciani is buried next to Chopin. What a wonderful, beautiful musician.

Thanks for the comment Rob.
