A bit more Mann and a little less boy, please

Whenever the words "twitter storm" appear I run a mile. But I thought it worth offering a link to a 2007 post, both becase it is a reminder that there is nothing new under the sun and because it quotes that Guardian headline to die for.

My header image is the right Mann novella but wrong treatment; it comes, of course from Luchino Visconti's film of Death in Venice and was used in my 2009 post See the music. Also on Facebook and Twitter. Report broken links, missing images and errors to - overgrownpath at hotmail dot co dot uk
